To order

Ordering at Azzurro Den Bosch is easy and can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering consists of a number of clear steps. Your order is only final after receipt of your confirmation email.

Go through the following steps to place an order:

1. Create an account

- Log in if you are already a customer (login).

- Don't have an account yet? Then create your account (sign in) or check out as a guest.

Fill in your personal details under 'personal data'. Fields with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. Finished entering your data? Then click on 'send'.

2. Order procedure

- With the button 'add to my shopping cart' you add a product to your "shopping cart".

- You can view your overview in your "Shopping cart".

- With the button 'continue shopping' you go back to the webshop.

- Have you changed your mind? Click on 'remove' to remove a product from your "shopping cart".

- You can indicate whether you want to pick up the product in one of our stores, or whether you want it delivered to your home, by ticking your choice.

- Are you done shopping? Click on 'next step'.

- Azzurro Den Bosch does not use shipping costs for purchases from € 150, -.

- You do not pay any shipping costs for picking up your order.

3. Payment

- Check the details of the delivery address.

- Select your payment method (currently you can only pay via iDEAL or Credit card, this will soon be supplemented with PayPal).

- Check the box to agree to our terms and conditions and click on "next step".

Can I cancel the order?

Canceling an order is not possible, but you can of course return or exchange it within 14 days.

Exchange & Returns

We think it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase through Azzurro Den Bosch. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange within 14 days after purchase. It is allowed to fit, but if you have worn the item or if it is damaged, exchange or return is not possible. In addition, we will only take the item back if the original labels and price tags are still attached.

How does exchange or return work?

You will receive a return form with your order, fill in this form completely and send it together with the product to:

You will find a separate form with the return address with your order.

After receiving the package, we will ensure correct handling and the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. If there is a price difference in the case of exchange, a settlement will take place.

If you have returned products purchased through our webshop, please keep your proof of shipment from the post office, so that it is possible to find the return shipment. Otherwise, Azzurro Den Bosch will not take any responsibility if the package is lost.

It is also possible to return or exchange at one of our stores.

What are the costs for an exchange or return?

You pay the shipping costs for returning your order.

If you accidentally received a wrong item from us, we will arrange the exchange free of charge.
